HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

8 cups powdered milk (not instant)
1 lb. Nestle Quik (about 3 1/3 cups)
1 cup Pream or Creamora
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix well-put in a plastic container. Makes 36 servings-use about 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup hot water. Or--for a large group--add 2 gallons hot water to entire mix.

3 ice cubes
8 oz milk
3 heaping Tbsp. vanilla ice cream
1/3 can frozen orange juice
3 heaping Tbsp. Cool Whip

Blend in blender until just foamy-not liquid. Serve immediately.

SHERBET PUNCH

1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
1/2 gallon another flavor sherbet (raspberry, orange or lime)
3 1-quart bottles of 7-up

Mash with a potato masher: pineapple and other sherbet in bottom of punch bowl. (Let sherbets soften in refrigerator before mashing) Gently pour bottles of7-Up down sides of bowl. DO NOT STIR. Gently lift sherbet from bottom so it floats. Punch will blend as you dip it for serving.

Raspberry sherbet makes pink punch
Orange sherbet makes orange punch
Lime sherbet makes green punch
All pineapple sherbet makes white punch

HOT CHRISTMAS PARTY PUNCH

3 cups water
3 cups sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
Tangerines or oranges, pricked with fork
1 qt. cranberry sauce
1 qt. + 2 cups water
3 cups prepared orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice

Combine 3 cups water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and fruit in very large pot. Simmer for at least 10 minutes. Add cranberry juice, additional water, orange juice and lemon juice. Simmer on low for 1/2 hour. Don't boil. Serve hot.

Miscellaneous

CLEANSING MASK

This mask uses materials you probably already have in your kitchen and it adds proteins, subtracts blackheads and dead skin cells. It is gentle enough for any skin type and can be used every couple of weeks.

1 cup oatmeal
3 drops almond oil (may try other kinds)
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg white

Pulverize oatmeal in the blender. To this powder add almond oil, milk, egg white. Blend. Pat on. Let dry 20 minutes. Splash off with cool water.
