Materials:

• 3 yards plastic lacing
• 1 lanyard hook or keyring
• 60 black pony beads
• 18 rainbow or silver glitter pony beads
• 11 silver pony beads

This is a weapon used in Advanced Level Martial Arts...or by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
