Materials:

• 3 yards of ribbon or cord of choice
• 1 lanyard hook or keyring
• 12 white pony beads
• 112 red pony beads
• 42 ivory pony beads
• 1 pink pony bead
• 21 black pony beads

Note from Margo: When I made this beadie for the photo, I changed some of the ivory beads to white and changed a few rows at the neck, so that Santa would have a beard instead of a really long neck.
